Incase your still pissed off about not being able to skip cut scenes then i you can by pressing the spacebar. If you didn't enjoy the first then i doubt your gonna enjoy the second. It still follows the basic idea of running indoor plucking people left right and center. I dont know about the game's lasting appeal though. You can now also keep shooting while your on the floor after having performed a dodge bullet time to give you the extra edge over some hardcore enemies. There's nothing like throwing a nade at someone watching him swear his ass off with fear, then doing a dodge bulletime cappin his with dual deagles while he gets blown up in the air. Dont know about any other new guns but that's as far as i've been through the game.
Now you can get the Ak47, an MP5 with zoom and the Dual Desert Eagles (my fav). Some new guns have also been added to the sequel. There's alot more where that came from but it's lil things like these that help make it an enjoyable single player experience IMO. Blow up the tv with a shotgun and that's another story. You turn it off and they simply switch it back on with a click of a remote. Try walking infront 2 cops sitting on a lounge watching tv in the police Headquarters. It's also awesome listening to people's conversation as some of the can be quiet amusing. Obviously i making that up but it is possible given the situation. I love shooting out enemies and watch them for example roll down the stairs, crash into a chair and knock it over the edge watching it fall from top injuring another guy standing there. If you didn't know already it uses the Havok physics engine which is just pure awseome. With several levels in this mode, it's great for just taking out piles of people and doing heaps heaps of Bullet Time 2.0 shots. Kill as many people as you can and try and survive for the longest time. There's also a new mode(i think?) called "Dead Man Walking", alot like "survival".
The story line is filled with twists and turns with the occational "crap", "s***", "a******", "bith", "slut"(dont know about that one), "whore" "f***" here and there and not to mention some of the rooting tooting that goes around stuff. Way better animated cut scenes than the first Max Payne and the graphics all round look sharper. There's 3 parts to the game, and each part includes several chapeters. Apparently Greazy finished it off in 2 or 3 days Max, but you can always set it to the higher diffeculty levels if you really liked it that much.
